A to Z Mailing Services was established in 2002 and has quickly grown as a trustworthy mailing service that delivers.
We handle a wide range of mail related services, from printing through to distribution. Our large workshop is equipped to handle any size for your mail needs.
Our friendly staff will work closely with you to ensure your needs are met and your product is delivered on time.
Your database and mailing
Here at A to Z Mailing Services, we understand how important your databases are to your business and the security of your database is our number one priority. Your database will only be used for your mail out purpose.
All outgoing mail is barcoded, allowing for postal discounts and ensuring it goes to the correct destination on time.
We are able to print your company and customer details in colour using our special colour printing machines.
We will process your database and return any incorrect or duplicate address and customer information for correction, making sure you receive the maximum postal discount available.
If you do not have a database, we will work closely with you and produce one for you.
Envelopes
We can supply envelopes from our stock, ranging from DL to C4 sizes, including security lined envelopes.
Machinery
Our workshop consists of a range of machinery, including folding, inserting and sealing.
We are able to fold single A4 leaflets through to small booklets. These are then inserted into the envelopes and sealed, prepared for delivery.
We are also able to plastic or shrink wrap your mail, from magazines to a business brochure.
